How to Locate a job log msg. not found on Email log screen

Go imail and select option 2- Work With Log

If a msg. is not found using the 8-Mail log (only available for error transactions,

use the F11=NEXT VIEW until you see the JOB NUMBER field.

Then go to the WRKACTJOB to locate the job number.

You can place your cursor anywhere on the job number field and select F16 to sort the jobs in numerical order.

As long as the user is still signed on, the job will be there.

Then use the 5=Work with job

10-Display job log

Scroll through the job log to look for messages.
