GO FMG.>WORK WITH ENGINES to look at the engines and see if they are at *NONE status which means they are not started. If they were started, they would show a status of *ACTIVE.
Also check WRKACTJOB to verify that they are not running (should be under jobq FMGBATCH).
Key in command WRKJOBSCDE to go to the list of scheduled job entries to find the record to start (or stop) the engine.
Scroll down to find the correct record, in this case STRACMET, and select it with a 10=Submit job IMMEDIATELY.
Then press Enter again and you will receive msg. that the job has been submitted.
In this case, did the same thing to start the Alloys engine too.
Then go to WRKACTJOB to verify that the engines are now running under the jobq FMGBATCH
