- Download client - https://pcs-gp-vpn.expedient.com/global-protect/getsoftwarepage.esp
- Install from downloads folder and accept all defaults.
- Open Global Protect from Windows Start Menu or from location in system tray.
- Click "Get Started" and enter the following URL - pcs-gp-vpn.expedient.com - Click Connect.
- A browser window will open to a login. Please enter the paragon-csi.com username you were provided in encrypted email.
- The following screen will prompt for the password associated with account. Enter the password that was provided in encrypted email. Instructions to change password are provided on a separate How-To.
- After entering your password, you will be asked to setup Microsoft Authentication for this account. 2 forms of Authentication are required to connect to Paragon resources. These include
- Microsoft Authenticator App (or another Authentication app, ex. Google)
- Text to phone
- Call to phone
- After completing the steps above, Global Protect should show as connected.
