F13- Reset IA

Make a note of the company, district, batch#, document #

Then have the user who created this adj go back into this screen (F20-Batch mtn)

And select F13. It will bring up some fields to fill in for co/dis/batch/doc.

Key them in and press enter to reset the batch.

Then the Select field should reappear so you can access the batch to continue.

Three things to note:

1. Only the user can get to it. She needs to sign back on and use F13 to reset the IA.

Or

2. Change your LDA to be her user and then key in the call command for the IA .

              Then the system thinks you are the user so you can get to the IA and use F13 to reset it.

Or

3. If all else fails, get the item code and UPDDTA IATRANL9 to find the record(s) and delete them from the file so she can begin again.
