MPO ended abnormally while linking OE

User was entering an MPO and linking it to a sales order when the process was interrupted..

Now they cannot find the MP # to get into it.

Resolution:

Here is what I did.

The sales order # 09164516 shows no link when you look at it in Open Order Inquiry.

However, if you look at it in the file SLMLT0 for linked order # (SMMLLO) = 164516, there is a record for this sales order linked to MP#09084010.

UPDDTA SLTML0 for MP# 09084010 to remove the link,

It might be possible to use CALL MW100 to reset the MP and then see if they can get into it

but I wouldn’t recommend it because the record could be damaged and then they will have

some other problem with it down the line. In this case, it’s easier to just remove the linked data for them.
