add user to fmgdire (error QHFOPNSF ended in error)

When receiving this QHFOPNSF error,  you will need to add user that is creating the error to the fmg directory.

On occasion,  the same 8 characters are being used when creating new users.  ie: shipping  ,  shipping2

Signed on as fmguser  (super stud pw for fmguser is FMGEDISON)

From command line type in WRKDIRE

They already have a ‘Shipping’ user id set up.  So when you tried to enter one for shipping2 , it did not create it because ‘shipping’ exists.  The field is not big enough for ‘Shipping2’ to fit. The user id field only allows 8 characters. 

I created user id as SHIPPIN2 (notice the G is missing) 

Once you get into the record you will see field for ‘User Profile’ . this is where you can key in the user profile as SHIPPING2.

Then you can key in the ‘user profile’ as Shipping2.

Now you see shipping and shippin2 under user ID,  but if you go into the record you will see that the ‘user profiles’ are shipping and shipping2
