Adding a new user

1. Create user name and password
   1. Sign in as tubes user
   2. WRKUSRPRF (profile that you want to copy)
   3. Right click on profile and click copy
   4. Change user name to first letter of first name and full last name
   5. Make password the same and click on to expire
   6. Change text description to full name of new user
   7. Everything else stays the same, hit enter

1. Edit Authority of USRPRF
   1. WRKOBJ (new profile created)*
   2. Should see two types for user (*USRPRF & *MSGQ)

1. Right click on *USRPRF, select edit authority
2. On left hand side select add new users
   1. Add user TUBES with Authority *ALL, hit enter

1. Make the following changes to the Authority
   1. Public - *EXCLUDE
   2. TUBESUSER - *ALL
   3. BPANDEY(new user created) – USER DEF

1. Select menu that new user will be using 
   1. Fastpath, enter mismnu
   2. Select Maintain User Profile Defaults, type in user name you are currently copying for new user
   3. Write down default menu used along with CO# & DIST #
   4. Go back to select new user profile, type in the new user you created. Type in the Default Menu from copied profile along with CO# & District #.

1. Add to FMG List
   1. To check to see if user exists in directory , you can use the WRKDIRE command.  If it does not exist,  then use the ADDFMGDIRE
   2. Log into FMGUSER. PW: BRAVENS9
   3. Command line, addfmgdire (new user name created)
   4. Hit enter, if no error then username is added correctly
